Just before the weekend hit I was shocked to find out that legendary music photographer Jim Marshall has passed away. He was the man that recorded history and spirit of Rock 'n' Roll with his camera. He was the man that took picture of Jimmy Hendrix seting his guitar alight, and Janis Joplin with bottle of Southern Comfort. He said that only way to take pictures was to be accepted as member of the band just your instrument is a camera. His photos are on over 500 record and magazine covers featuring Rock stars.
